eSign — GDPR arrival form

Guests eSign the arrival card, T&C and privacy policy before check-in.

An eSign extension that lets guests digitally sign the arrival card, terms and personal-data policy before they arrive. Signed documents are timestamped, encrypted and retained for the legally required period. Reservation data is imported from your PMS via the official API and a signed PDF is delivered to your reception team. Signatures rely on an eIDAS-compliant SES mechanism.
